What to expect
Each 90-minute class follows the classical Hatha approach — gentle stretches to release tension, postures to align the body and build strength, breathing techniques and a relaxation period at the close. The pace is measured and accessible.
Lee teaches in a small-group format that allows her to observe and guide each student individually. Beginners are fully welcome and will receive extra guidance during class.
