Wavell Heights · Brisbane
Small, unhurried classes and private yoga therapy on Brisbane's northside — traditional Hatha taught with patience, since 1997.
The Practice
For nearly thirty years, Lee has taught Hatha yoga the unhurried way — precise, personal, and quietly restorative. Wherever you're starting from, there's a place for you on the mat.
Steady postures, conscious breath and deep relaxation — the classical practice, taught with care.
Classes are kept deliberately intimate, so Lee can guide every student individually.
Beginners and experienced practitioners alike, with modifications for any limitation.
