Where are sessions held?
Sessions run from Brisbane CBD at 157 Ann St — a few minutes from Central station and Eagle Street Pier. If you'd prefer to train somewhere else, mention it in your consult and we can talk through what's possible.
How long is a typical session?
Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. The first session is always a movement and technique assessment so we can build the right program — we'll plan around your time, not the other way around.
Do I need experience to train with you?
No. About half my clients are starting strength training for the first time. The technique-first approach is designed for exactly that — we build movement quality first, then add load progressively as your body adapts.
Can you work around injuries?
Yes. Working around old injuries and rehab work is part of the standard programming. We capture injury history in the intake form, design the plan accordingly, and adjust as we see how your body responds. If physiotherapy is needed alongside training, there's a discounted physio option in the Elite Performance package.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients feel stronger and move better within the first three to four weeks. Visible body composition changes usually take eight to twelve weeks depending on starting point and how consistently you stick with the diet. The fortnightly check-ins are designed to catch and adjust if progress stalls.
What if I miss sessions?
Missing the occasional session is fine — life happens. Frequent missed sessions are where progress dies, so part of the consultation is making sure the schedule we set is one you can realistically keep.
Do you only train in-person?
No. Online coaching is the other main option — full custom plan, custom diet, fortnightly check-ins, and direct messaging, just without me in the room. See Online Coaching for the details.
