Clients who travel, work remote, or live outside Brisbane but want serious 1-on-1 coaching. It's also a good fit for clients who already have access to a gym they like and just want the programming, nutrition, and accountability handled by someone who knows what they're doing.

How fast does the program land?

Most training plans are written and delivered within 1-2 days of consultation. Diet plans land in the same window. It's not a copy/paste job — that's why it takes the time it does.

Online Coaching FAQ

Do I need to live in Brisbane to work with you online?
No. Online coaching clients are scattered across Australia, the UK, the US, and beyond. The check-ins are video calls scheduled to suit your timezone.
What equipment do I need at home?
Whatever you've got is what we work with. Programs are written around your available equipment — full home gym, commercial gym, hotel gym, or a kettlebell and a doorway pull-up bar. I just need an honest picture during consultation.
How do the check-ins work?
Every fortnight you complete a short survey covering progress, energy, sleep, training feel, and anything that's come up. Then we book a virtual review to walk through it, adjust the plan, and answer questions. It's deliberately fortnightly so the data is meaningful — weekly is too noisy, monthly is too late.
Can I message you between check-ins?
Yes — 1-on-1 messaging is part of the package. Most clients ask form questions, ping me about food substitutions, or send a video of a heavy lift for a technique check. I aim to respond within 24 hours during weekdays.
Is online coaching cheaper than in-person?
Generally yes, because there's no per-session room rental and we're not constrained by Brisbane timezone availability. Exact pricing depends on the package — discussed in the consultation.
What happens if I plateau?
Plateaus are part of training. The fortnightly check-in is exactly where they get spotted, and the programming gets adjusted before you waste weeks on a stale plan. That's a big part of why fortnightly works better than "set and forget" templates.
Can I upgrade to in-person if I move to Brisbane?
Yes, easily. Some clients start online and switch to in-person sessions later, or run a hybrid (in-person fortnightly, online programming in between). Worth talking through during consult so we plan it cleanly.
