Sessions run from Brisbane CBD at 157 Ann St. If you need a different arrangement, raise it in the consultation and Isaac can talk through what is realistic.
Do I need training experience?
No. Programs are built from your current ability, injury history, goals, and available time. Technique comes first, then load and intensity progress from there.
How does online coaching work?
Online coaching includes a custom training plan, custom diet support, fortnightly check-ins, and direct 1-on-1 messaging. It is designed for clients who want structure and accountability without needing to train in Brisbane.
What is Elite Performance coaching?
Elite Performance is the premium program. It can include blood testing, DNA analysis, neurotransmitter assessments, supplement and nootropic protocols, custom programming, and additional services across a longer coaching arc.
Can the personal chef service match my macros?
Yes. The personal chef add-on is built around the food targets in your coaching plan, so meals support the broader training and body-composition goal.
