You get the same community, the same programming and the same personal coaching — just from your own space. You'll need a small amount of equipment at home, which Sally can advise on.
Sally offers membership options for 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week depending on your goals, schedule and recovery capacity. Most women find 2 sessions per week is the sweet spot for building fitness while maintaining balance in a busy life. You can always adjust as you settle in.
Sessions include functional strength training movements like squats, deadlifts, pressing and pulling patterns, combined with conditioning work. The focus is on building practical, real-world strength rather than isolated machine-based training. All movements are carefully coached and modified to suit your body and your level.
Unlike a gym where you're on your own, Fit With Sally's sessions involve a qualified coach watching every movement, cueing technique in real time and adjusting your program over time.
