Fit With Sally is based in Manly West, Brisbane, QLD 4179. All programs are also available fully online, so women anywhere in Australia can participate from their own home.
Fit With Sally's programs are designed specifically for women — particularly women who are ready to feel strong and confident in their bodies without the diet culture or the judgement. All fitness levels are welcome, from complete beginners to women returning to exercise after a break.
Absolutely. Many of Sally's clients combine small group personal training with breathwork sessions, finding that the two practices complement each other beautifully — movement for the body, breathwork for the nervous system.
The first step is booking a free 15-minute discovery call with Sally. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to talk about your goals and figure out which program would suit you best. From there, Sally will walk you through next steps.
Small group personal training gives you the individual attention of a personal trainer — technique coaching, progressive programming, real-time feedback — in a small group setting. Sessions are kept deliberately small so everyone gets quality coaching while also benefiting from the energy and accountability of training with others.
No. Fit With Sally's programs are designed for women at every fitness level. Sally modifies every exercise as needed, so complete beginners train safely and effectively alongside more experienced participants. No one is left behind or held back.
Sally offers options for 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. Most women find 2 sessions per week is the sweet spot for building fitness while maintaining balance in a busy life. You can always adjust as you go.
Yes. Online small group personal training is available via video call for women anywhere in Australia. You'll need a small amount of home equipment, which Sally can advise on when you connect.
Transformational breathwork is a guided conscious breathing practice that uses specific rhythmic patterns to release stress, anxiety and emotional weight held in the body. It's not a workout and it's not meditation — it's an active breathing practice that can create profound shifts in how you feel, often in a single session.
No prior experience is needed. Sally guides every session from start to finish, explaining the technique beforehand and supporting you throughout. The sessions are specifically designed to be accessible for first-timers, with the depth available for those who have practised before.
Yes. Breathwork sessions are available via video call. You'll need a quiet space and a comfortable surface to lie on. Many participants actually prefer the privacy of breathing from home.
There are certain health conditions where breathwork requires additional care or is not recommended, including cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety disorders, pregnancy (in some formats) and recent surgery. Sally discusses any relevant health history before your first session.
