Body Positive Fitness & Breathwork
I'm a Brisbane-based women's fitness coach and breathwork facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in health and movement. After years working as a traditional personal trainer, I evolved my practice to address the whole person — not just the physical body.
Today, my work centres on two transformational practices: small group personal training for women who want to build real strength in a community environment, and breathwork sessions that release stress held deep in the nervous system.
My philosophy is simple: you are not too big, too unfit or too out of time to feel amazing in your body. This space is for capable women who are used to handling everything — and are ready to put themselves first.
Based in Manly West, Brisbane, with programs available online across Australia, I work with high-achieving women who are ready to stop running on empty and start actually feeling good.
