Can you remove old or set-in stains?
Many older stains respond well to professional pre-treatment. Results depend on what caused the stain, how long it has been there, and whether household cleaners were used previously (which can sometimes set stains). Matthew will be honest about what's achievable before starting — he won't promise results he can't deliver.
Is hot-water extraction safe for all carpet types?
Hot-water extraction is safe and effective for most synthetic and blended carpets, which covers the majority of Australian homes. For wool or delicate natural-fibre carpets, Matthew uses a gentler, lower-moisture approach appropriate for those fibres.

How long before I should have my carpets cleaned again?
