Isn’t it interesting how much we take our bodies for granted?
Our body is our home – we take it everywhere with us and it’s the only place in which we have to live.
It gives us life and allows us to experience the world around us.
Our hearts beat without us having to think about it, we breathe effortlessly all day, every day and we can touch, smell, see, feel, hear and enjoy our surroundings and the people we love.
Why then, do so many people sacrifice their health?
There are lots of reasons – no time, it’s too hard, don’t know how….
A lot of people forget that the pain of illness and disease later in life is an awful but real consequence of poor health now.
The little things we implement (like an extra glass of water, a 5 minute walk) will create habits that we can build on for the future.
SOMEthing is better than NOthing!
Your body is the only place you get to live – why not make it the best it can possibly be by hydrating it, feeding it well, moving it regularly and being grateful for all that it does for us!
