Write it down .
Having a journal to takes notes in is very handy for those times when you have so much going around in your head and you just need to get it out!
If you take 5 minutes to write down whatever you are thinking, your thoughts become logical words on a page, rather than a jumble of words in your head.

Have some quiet time .
Go to a quiet place where you can free your mind – any thoughts that come into your head, acknowledge them and then move them on.
It will take some practice, but when you can focus on nothing and relax, you will find yourself energised and alert.

Connect with the beautiful world in which we live and breathe !
Go for a walk outside and take some deep, long breaths – it doesn’t have to be anywhere super special, just take in your surroundings, the sunshine, the rain… It’s amazing how quickly your thoughts will move from being a jumbled mess to something much more productive!
