Some tips for making exercise fun for maximum results: * Exercise with friends – chat, laugh and motivate each other!

* Mix it up – don’t do the same type of intense cardio exercise all the time.

Boxing, running, dancing, skipping, swimming, cycling, aerobics, etc.

You will never be bored if you keep changing what you do!

* Change venues – run outside, rather than inside on a treadmill.

Go walking and explore some new places.

* You should always be progressing with your weight training program.
