Quotes provided through the contact form are estimates based on the information you supply. The final price is confirmed in writing on site once a licensed plumber has assessed the work. We don’t commit to a price until a written quote has been issued.
Bookings are confirmed by reply email or SMS. Cancellations more than 24 hours before a booked job carry no charge; same-day cancellations may be charged at our standard call-out rate to cover allocated time and travel.
Workmanship guarantees are stated on the invoice for each job. Manufacturer warranties on parts (hot-water systems, fixtures) are governed by the manufacturer’s terms. We assist with manufacturer warranty claims as a courtesy but the warranty itself is between you and the manufacturer.
