Terms of Service

These terms set out the basis on which Select Cleaning — Reegan & Dave (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides cleaning services across metropolitan Adelaide. By requesting a quote or booking a clean with us, you agree to these terms. They’re intended to be fair and straightforward — if anything is unclear, just ask.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us about your property and the clean you need — such as the size and condition of the space, the type of service, and any extras like carpet steam cleaning. We confirm a fixed, transparent price before any work begins, with no hidden fees. If the property differs significantly from what was described, we’ll talk to you before proceeding so there are no surprises. Quotes are valid for a reasonable period from the date they’re provided.
Bookings and access
A booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed a date, time and price with you. To let our team do their best work, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, and to give us accurate information about the space — including anything we should be aware of, such as fragile items, pets or hazards. Please secure valuables and any items you’d prefer we don’t handle.
Rescheduling and cancellations
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. Any notice period and related arrangements will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Our satisfaction & bond-back guarantee
Your satisfaction is the whole point. If you’re not happy with the standard of a clean, or your property manager flags a cleaning issue after an end-of-lease clean, let us know promptly and we’ll return and re-clean the affected area free of charge, within the agreed guarantee period. For end-of-lease cleans, the guarantee assumes the property was empty at the time of the clean and that the issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe after the inspection.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, using the methods we advise. We’ll always make the amount and timing clear up front.
Insurance, liability and your rights
We are fully insured and every cleaner on our team is police-checked and trained. We take great care in your home, but if you believe any damage or issue has occurred as a result of our service, please report it to us promptly so we can investigate and put things right. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or the reasonable cost of doing so. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
Photos
From time to time we may take before-and-after photos of our work for quality and training purposes. We’ll never identify you or your address without your consent, and you can ask us not to take photos at your property.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
