How long does an end-of-lease clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property, but most vacate cleans take a focused team anywhere from three to eight hours. An empty, well-kept two-bedroom unit is far quicker than a larger family home that needs heavy detailing. When you request a quote we’ll give you an honest time estimate alongside your fixed price.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Professional carpet steam cleaning is available as part of your end-of-lease package and is often required by the lease on exit.
