How long do carpets take to dry?
With professional hot-water extraction, carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry within around six to twelve, depending on the carpet type, airflow and weather. We’ll let you know what to expect for your specific carpets and share simple tips — like keeping a window open or fan running — to help them dry faster.
Is carpet cleaning included in an end-of-lease clean?
It’s available as part of your end-of-lease package and is often specifically required by the lease when you move out. Bundling it with your bond clean is the simplest way to make sure your carpets meet your agent’s expectations on exit. Just mention your carpets when you request your end-of-lease quote and we’ll include them in one fixed price.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use methods and solutions that are safe for households with kids and pets, and once carpets are dry the rooms are ready to use as normal. If anyone in your home has particular sensitivities, let us know in advance and we’ll choose our approach accordingly so everyone stays comfortable.
