Service

Residential pest control across North Brisbane.

A targeted, family-safe treatment for the everyday Brisbane pests — ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, wasps — plus the rodent work we're best known for. We diagnose first, treat second, and follow up to make sure the activity has actually dropped off.

What's covered

The pests we get called for the most.

A standard residential treatment covers the everyday Brisbane line-up. If you've got something less common — bees, fleas, possums, termites — tell us when you ring and we'll work out whether we're the right call or whether you need a specialist.

Ants & cockroaches

The two most-treated pests in any Brisbane home. We treat entry points, runways under the kickboards and around the wet areas — not the bench you wipe down.

Spiders

Targeted treatment around eaves, window frames, sheds and any other harbourage. Without going into too much detail, Brisbane's web-builders mostly live where you don't.

Rats & mice

Roof-cavity inspections, subfloor checks, tracking the runways. We place stations or traps where the rodents are actually moving and come back to confirm they've cleared. Read the reviews — rodent work is what we get the most thanks for.

Inspections

Not sure what you've got? We'll come and look first. You'll get a plain-English explanation of what we found, what to do about it, and what it costs — before any treatment is booked.

How a job runs

The same simple rhythm, every time.

No mystery, no surprise invoices. Most treatments and rodent jobs run on the same four-step pattern.

01 · Phone

Quick chat

You tell us what you're seeing. We ask a couple of follow-up questions and quote up-front.

02 · On-site

Inspect

Walk-through with you. We check the roof cavity, subfloor, and any obvious problem points before recommending anything.

03 · Treat

Targeted application

Treatment at entry points, runways and harbourage — not random spraying. You'll know exactly what was applied and where.

04 · Follow-up

Confirm it's clear

For rodent work and the trickier jobs we return to confirm the activity has dropped. If a return visit is part of the quote, no extra invoice.

Common questions

What people ask before they book.

The questions we get on the phone most days. If you don't see yours here, the full FAQ is over here — or just ring us.

What pests does a general treatment cover?

A general residential treatment covers the everyday pests — ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, and wasps. We apply treatment to entry points, runways and harbourage rather than spraying surfaces you walk on, so it's targeted at where the pests actually live. If you've got something less common (bees, termites, fleas, possums) tell us when you ring and we'll work out whether we're the right call.

How long does a pest treatment take?

A standard residential treatment usually takes about an hour for a typical Brisbane home, longer if there's a roof cavity to inspect or rodent work involved. We block out the time when we book so you know what to expect — we'd rather be on time than rushing.

Do I need to leave the house during the treatment?

For most general treatments you don't need to leave, but you'll want to keep kids and pets out of treated areas until the product has dried. That's usually a short window. We'll talk you through what's been applied and where so you can move around safely.

How long does the treatment last?

It depends on what we treated and what the conditions are like outside. A typical residential treatment will give you several months of protection against the usual pests. We don't push a fixed annual schedule on you — if you don't see anything coming back, you don't need us back.

Do you handle rodents in the roof or subfloor?

Yes — rodent work is a big part of what we do. We inspect the cavity and the subfloor, find the runways, and place stations or traps where the rodents are actually moving. Then we come back to confirm the activity has dropped off. We don't just leave bait and walk away.

Are the products you use safe around pets?

The products we use are registered for residential use and applied to specific points rather than to surfaces pets walk on. Keep pets out of treated areas until the product has dried. If you've got a particularly sensitive animal — fish tanks, beehives, exotic pets — tell us first and we'll plan around it.

What about termites?

Full timber-pest inspections need a separately-licensed timber-pest inspector. If you want a pre-purchase or annual timber inspection, we'll point you to someone qualified for it rather than pretend a general pest treatment is the same thing. They're different jobs.
