General pest treatment
Full residential treatment for the usual suspects — ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, wasps. Inside and outside, applied where the pests actually live, not just sprayed at random.
See what's coveredReal technicians, honest pricing, and the patience to actually diagnose your pest problem before reaching for a sprayer. Trusted by Brisbane's north since the 2010s — and still answering the phone ourselves.
The bulk of what we get called for is residential pest treatment and rodent work — the rats in the roof, the ants on the bench, the cockies under the fridge. We diagnose first, treat second, and tell you straight if you don't actually need us.

See what's coveredRats in the roof cavity, mice in the pantry. We inspect the cavity and the subfloor, find the runways, and place stations or traps where the rodents are actually moving — then follow up to confirm they've cleared.
Talk to a technicianIf something doesn't feel right, we'll come and look first. You'll get a plain-English explanation of what's going on, what to do, and what it costs — before any treatment is booked.
Book an inspectionMost jobs run on the same simple rhythm. We don't push products you don't need, and the technician on site is the same person you spoke to on the phone.
Tell us what you're seeing — droppings, noises in the ceiling, ants on the kitchen bench. We ask a couple of questions and quote up-front.
The technician walks through with you, looks where the pest actually lives (roof cavity, subfloor, behind whitegoods), and explains what's needed.
Treatment applied where it matters — entry points, runways, harbourage. We use products registered for residential use and tell you what's been used and where.
For rodents and the trickier infestations we'll come back to confirm activity has dropped off. If a return visit is part of the original quote, it's not an extra invoice.
A reputation built one rat-in-the-roof at a time.
We cover Brisbane's northern suburbs and the surrounding pockets. If you're north of the river and you've got a pest problem, ring us — if you're outside our run we'll tell you straight.
Not sure if we cover your suburb? Ring 1300 442 978 and we'll tell you in 30 seconds.
Dean is the technician you'll most likely meet when we come out. Reviewers across the years have made the same point — he turns up on time, asks the right questions, checks the roof cavity and the subfloor before reaching for a spray can, and explains things in plain English. That's the standard for everyone on the truck.
If you're between a Google search and dialling our number, this is what most North Brisbane callers want to know first.
We quote up-front, before we book the job. The price depends on the size of the property, what we're treating, and whether the job needs a single visit or a follow-up. We don't have a single fixed "starting price" — we'd rather ask a few questions on the phone and give you an honest number than print a number that doesn't apply to your house.
For straightforward residential jobs we can usually get to you within a few business days. Rodent infestations and anything in a roof cavity tend to be the calls we squeeze in sooner — let us know on the phone what you're dealing with and we'll work out a realistic time together.
The products we use are registered for residential use and applied to entry points, runways and harbourage rather than to surfaces you walk on. We'll tell you what's been applied, where, and how long to keep kids and pets out of treated areas — usually until the treatment has dried, which is short. If you've got specific concerns (newborns, asthma, fish tanks, beehives), tell us first and we'll plan around it.
Most of our work is residential, but we do take on small-scale commercial jobs in our service area. Ring us with a quick brief of the site — premises type, square metres, what you're seeing — and we'll either book you in or refer you to someone better suited.
For a full timber-pest report you need a licensed timber-pest inspector, which is a specific qualification separate from general pest control. If that's what you need, tell us when you ring and we'll point you to someone qualified for it. We won't pretend a general pest treatment is a termite inspection — those are different jobs.
We take card on site (tap or insert) and bank transfer. Invoice is sent at the end of the job and is due once the work is done. We don't take cash by default but if that's the only option for you, mention it when you book.
Ring us, tell us what you're hearing, and we'll tell you straight whether you actually need us out — and what it'll cost.
