We quote up-front, before we book. The price depends on the size of the property, what we're treating, and whether the job needs one visit or a follow-up. We don't print a fixed starting price because it doesn't apply to every house — we'd rather ask a couple of questions on the phone and give you an honest number.
Straightforward residential jobs usually fit in within a few business days. Rodent infestations and anything in a roof cavity tend to be the calls we squeeze in sooner — let us know what you're dealing with on the phone and we'll work out a realistic time together.
The products we use are registered for residential use and applied to entry points, runways and harbourage — not the surfaces you walk on. We'll tell you exactly what's been applied, where, and how long to keep kids and pets out of treated areas. Usually short. If you've got particular concerns (newborns, asthma, fish tanks, beehives) tell us first and we'll plan around it.
A general residential treatment covers ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, and wasps — the everyday Brisbane line-up. For less common pests (bees, fleas, possums, termites) ring us and tell us what you're seeing; we'll work out whether we're the right call or whether you need a specialist.
Most of our work is residential, but we do take on small-scale commercial jobs in our service area. Ring us with a quick brief of the site — premises type, square metres, what you're seeing — and we'll either book you in or refer you to someone better suited.
For a full timber-pest report you need a licensed timber-pest inspector, which is a specific qualification separate from general pest control. If that's what you need, tell us when you ring and we'll point you to someone qualified for it. We won't pretend a general pest treatment is a termite inspection — those are different jobs.
We take card on site (tap or insert) and bank transfer. Invoice is sent at the end of the job and is due once the work is done. We don't take cash by default but if that's the only option for you, mention it when you book.
We cover Brisbane's northern suburbs and surrounding pockets. If you're north of the river and you've got a pest problem, ring us — if you're outside our run we'll tell you straight.
For rodent work and the trickier infestations we already include a follow-up to confirm the activity has dropped off. If something's clearly not right after we've been out, ring us. We'd rather come back and put it right than have a bad review on Google.
We don't push customers onto a fixed annual schedule. Some properties — bushland edge, lots of timber, regular rodent pressure — benefit from a 6 to 12 month re-treatment. We'll tell you straight on the job whether ongoing maintenance is worth it for your place, or whether one good treatment is all you need.
