I enjoy drinking alcohol whilst listening to 90’s British pop. That’s just my jam (being English and all) You might think I was blessed with good jeans, a natural sportsman, or just lucky like that (we all know someone like that). In reality, this could be further from the truth! I was last at everything at school, overweight, and hated sports.
In fact, people I knew when I was a kid are still shocked when they see me today (I love that!). I was blessed with ADHD . Some of you might be too. Basically, this means we don’t have a natural supply of dopamine (feel-good drugs), so we seek it out in other ways. I chose to get addicted to exercise when i did my whole life changed.
At 50, I have 30 years of experience with exercise, diet, and, most importantly, the right mindset. I am a personal trainer and a passionate lover of exercise and healthy living. I’m no saint, though! I lived through the 90’s! We took ecstasy and partied all night and sometimes the day after. I had periods in my life when I strayed from the path and did some very stupid things.
