Led by Dr. Vivek Mitter.

Vivek's yoga journey began more than 25 years ago. The source site notes that he trained in India in Sivananda and Hatha Yoga styles, opened Om Yoga Wellness Centre in 2005, and focuses on gentle, beginner-friendly classes.
