Every session is planned by Linda based on three things: what you want to work on, what your body needs, and what's happened since the last time you trained.

That's it. No generic templates. No "phase one of four weeks of hypertrophy" because that's what the app spat out. The plan adapts as you do.

Common questions about booking, pricing and what to expect.

How does pricing work for personal training?
Linda's rates depend on how you choose to train — single sessions, regular weekly slots, or a block of sessions paid up front. Send Linda a message and she'll send current rates so you can pick what suits. There's no joining fee and no contract; you only pay for the sessions you book.
Do I have to commit to a schedule?
No. You're not signing a membership. Some clients book a fixed weekly slot because it helps them stick to it; others book ad-hoc when they can fit a session in. Both work. Linda will help you pick what's realistic rather than what looks good on paper.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes depending on what you're working on and how long you've been training. Linda will recommend session length when you first chat — there's no benefit to a longer session if the focus is technique.
What if I have an injury or something I'm rehabbing?
Tell Linda before session one. If something needs a clinical opinion she'll say so; otherwise sessions are programmed to work around the injury rather than aggravate it. Plenty of clients arrive with a niggle and find their training improves it over time.
Do you train women, men, or both?
Both. Linda coaches anyone who wants one-on-one work — different goals, different backgrounds, different ages. Sessions are tailored individually, so there's no "women's training" vs "men's training" template.
Where do sessions happen?
Sessions are based in Milton, Brisbane. Once you've reached out Linda will share the specific location and any parking details, so you know exactly where to go for your first session.
How do I book my first session?
Send Linda a quick message via the contact page or call 0434 891 644. Tell her what you'd like to work on and any times that work for you. Linda books in clients herself, so the reply comes from her directly — usually within a day.
What if I've never trained one-on-one before?
That's the most common starting point. Linda's used to coaching people who haven't had personal training before, who are coming back to training after a long break, or who've only ever done group classes. There's no expectation you arrive "fit" — that's literally the work.
