Linda Craig Personal Training is a small one-trainer practice — every session is with Linda, every programme is written by Linda, every check-in comes directly from her.

The point of one-on-one training isn't to be the most expensive way to work out. It's to be the only way that actually fits around your life: your schedule, your starting point, the niggles you don't want to make worse.

If you're new to training, coming back after a long break, or just tired of guessing — Linda's a good place to start.

Your first session.

Conversation first

Linda spends the first part of session one understanding what you want to work on, what's worked before and what hasn't, and any injuries or limitations to plan around.

Movement check

A simple movement assessment — nothing intense — so Linda has a real starting point. No spreadsheets, no fitness tests, no "before" photos.

Plan together

By the end of session one you'll have a clearer picture of where to start and how often to train. From there, the pace is yours.
