Plan a first session
The first session is about figuring out where you're starting from — movement, strength, anything you'd rather avoid. No pressure to commit to anything beyond that.
Train your way
From there, you and Linda decide what pace and rhythm works for you. Weekly, fortnightly, blocks of sessions — whatever keeps you showing up.
Coaching is a conversation, not a class.
A group class can't see if you're compensating for a tight shoulder. A pre-made app can't ask why you missed yesterday's session.
One-on-one training means every minute is about you — your goals, your body, what's going on in your week. Linda coaches every session herself.

What does a session cost?
Pricing depends on session length and whether you're booking single sessions or a block. Send Linda a message — she'll send back current rates so you can pick what works.
Do I need to be "fit" already?
No. Most people who start with Linda are coming back from a long break, or training one-on-one for the first time. The first session is about meeting you where you are.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens — Linda's flexible. Give as much notice as you reasonably can and she'll find another spot in the week. Cancellation specifics get covered at session one.
