Where in Brisbane do you train?
Sessions are based in Milton, easy to reach from the CBD and the inner-west suburbs. Specific location details get shared once you've reached out and Linda has your first session in the diary.
How does pricing work?
Linda's rates are based on session length and how you choose to train — single sessions, regular weekly slots, or a block paid up front. There's no joining fee and no contract. Send a message and she'll send current rates back.
Are you accredited / qualified?
Linda is happy to walk through her qualifications and registrations when you reach out, rather than listing claims on a website. That way you can ask whatever matters to you specifically.
Do you train beginners?
Yes. Most new clients are starting one-on-one training for the first time. There's no expectation that you arrive "fit" — that's the work, not the prerequisite.
Do you train older clients / over-50s / over-60s?
Yes. Age isn't a barrier to working with Linda — what matters is what your body needs to do and what you're working towards. Programming adapts accordingly.
Can you work around injuries?
Yes. Tell Linda about any injuries or limitations before session one. If something needs a clinical opinion (physio, GP) she'll say so. Otherwise the programme is built around the injury rather than into it.
How do I pay?
Linda will cover payment details when you book your first session. Most clients pay by bank transfer or card. You only pay for sessions you actually train.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Life happens. Give Linda as much notice as you reasonably can and she'll find another slot. Cancellation specifics get covered when you start.
Do you do group sessions or partner training?
Linda's practice is one-on-one. If you're interested in training with a partner or friend, reach out — she'll let you know what's possible and what works for both of you.
How do I book my first session?
