What kind of space do we need?

Sessions can be held in a meeting room, open office area, boardroom, outside, online or hybrid. The session is adapted to your space.

Do we need yoga mats?

Chair-based or desk sessions do not need mats. For mat-based yoga or Pilates, one mat per person is recommended.

What should our team wear?

Comfortable work clothes are usually enough. Many sessions are designed to be done in office attire.

How long is each session?

Most sessions run for 30 to 45 minutes, with options from quick 15-minute breaks to full-hour wellbeing sessions.
