Our story

Founder Debby Lewis launched Corporate Yoga Australia in 2014, inspired by years of balancing corporate roles with a deep passion for yoga and meditation.

She saw first hand how stress, screen time and sedentary work were impacting teams through burnout, tension and disconnection, and built a practical alternative for workplaces.

How it works

Programs are tailored to the team culture, workload, schedule and space. Sessions can be delivered in a boardroom, kitchen, warehouse, conference setting, online or as part of a broader wellbeing calendar.

The national facilitator team works with managers and HR departments to make each session accessible, engaging and easy to roll out.
