Gym access is available 24 hours a day for members. Our team is on-site during staffed hours, and the pool is open daily.

How do I sign up?

How do I freeze my membership?

Send an enquiry with your full name and the dates you'd like to put your membership on hold. We need the dates to process a freeze.

How do I cancel my membership?

All cancellations must be made in writing. Send your cancellation request with your full name and reason for cancelling, and you'll have a response within 5 working days.
