What time are you open?
Gym access is 24 hours.
  • Staffed hours: Mon – Thu 6:00am – 8:00pm, Fri 6:00am – 6:00pm, Sat 8:00am – 4:30pm, Sun 9:00am – 4:30pm
  • Pool hours: Mon – Thu 6:15am – 7:30pm, Fri 6:15am – 5:30pm, Sat 8:15am – 4:00pm, Sun 9:15am – 4:00pm
How do I sign up?

Are personal trainers available 24 hours a day?
We're partnered with Real Coaching, specialists in online strength training, offering 24/7 online coaching and personal training so you can train when it suits you.
How do I freeze my membership?
Send an enquiry with your full name and the dates you'd like to put your membership on hold. We need the dates to process a freeze.
How do I cancel my membership?
All cancellations must be made in writing. Send your cancellation request with your full name and reason for cancelling, and you'll have a response within 5 working days.
What are you doing to keep the clubs clean?
The safety of our members and staff is always our priority. We've put an extensive range of protective measures in place, including:
  • Mandatory staff training in COVID-19 protocols
  • Minimum of 1.5 metres between each member in-club
  • Assisting health authorities with contact tracing
  • Increased cleaning and sanitation
  • Members wipe equipment before and after use with sanitising gym wipes
  • No shared equipment during classes
  • Hygiene stations with hand sanitiser and sanitising gym wipes
  • Members bring a towel and water bottle — no towel, no train
