After completing specialist training in carpet and fibre cleaning, Andrew earned WoolSafe approval — one of the most rigorous certifications in the industry, recognising technicians who have the knowledge and equipment to safely clean wool and delicate natural fibres without causing damage.
He also holds Scotchgard certification, meaning he can apply genuine 3M Scotchgard protection to carpets and upholstery after cleaning — extending the life of your investment.
Every job is done personally by Andrew. He uses truck-mounted steam cleaning equipment — the same systems used in commercial hospitality settings — which delivers higher temperatures, stronger extraction, and dramatically faster drying than portable units.
