WoolSafe is an independent international certification program that tests and approves cleaning products and services as safe for use on wool and natural fibres. Carpet cleaners without WoolSafe approval may use chemistry that shrinks, felts, or permanently damages wool rugs and carpets.

Are the cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Yes. Andrew uses professional-grade cleaning products that are biodegradable and leave no harmful residue once the carpet is dry. Once dry (typically 2–4 hours), the space is completely safe for children and pets.

Will cleaning make my carpets re-soil faster?
