You'll complete a short screening form before your first session so Britt understands your injuries, preferences and training history.

Do I need to provide any equipment?
Not a thing. Britt brings all the equipment to every session — dumbbells, resistance bands, boxing gloves and pads, cones, and everything else you might need. You just need to show up.
Where do sessions take place?
Wherever you feel most comfortable — your home, backyard, driveway or a nearby park. Britt travels to 24 suburbs across Brisbane's inner east and south. If your suburb isn't on the list, reach out anyway — she may be able to accommodate you.
How long is each session?
Each session is 45 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down. Sessions are designed to be effective and challenging without being overwhelming.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
Absolutely not. Britt works with complete beginners and women returning to fitness after a long break. Your first session is a baseline assessment — there's no pressure to perform or keep up with anyone else.
Can I train with a friend or partner?
Yes! Duo sessions are available for you and a friend, partner or family member. Training together is great for accountability and motivation — and the per-session cost is lower than training solo.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Britt takes a thorough screening approach before your first session to understand any injuries, health conditions or restrictions. She'll modify exercises as needed and work safely within your limits.
What areas does Britt cover?
Britt covers Balmoral, Belmont, Bulimba, Camp Hill, Cannon Hill, Carina, Carina Heights, Carindale, Coorparoo, East Brisbane, Greenslopes, Hawthorne, Holland Park, Holland Park West, Kangaroo Point, Morningside, Mount Gravatt East, Murarrie, New Farm, Norman Park, Seven Hills, South Brisbane, Teneriffe and Woolloongabba.
Is there a commitment required?
There's no lock-in for your first session — it's simply a chance to see if this feels right for you. Britt offers week-to-week sessions with 2 weeks' notice to cancel, and 3-month packages for those who want a discounted rate and structured commitment.
