Common pricing questions.

Why is there a 3-month minimum package?
Consistency over 3 months is what creates lasting results. It also ensures you have a dedicated trainer slot and time to build real strength and habits. The 3-month commitment also unlocks the reduced per-session rate.
Can I renew a 3-month package?
Yes — your 3-month package will automatically renew unless you let Britt know otherwise before the renewal date. You can also change your session frequency at renewal.
Can I change session frequency on a package?
Yes, changes can be arranged — chat with Britt about adjusting your frequency. You can switch between 2 and 3 sessions per week, or change from a package to week-to-week with appropriate notice.
Are there travel fees?
For sessions within Britt's 24 regular service suburbs, there's no travel fee. For locations outside this area, a travel fee may apply — contact Britt directly to discuss your location.
What happens if I miss a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or can't reschedule in the same week, the session is forfeited. Britt is flexible for genuine emergencies — just communicate with her directly.
Can I pause training for a holiday?
Yes — 3-month package clients can take one week's holiday per 12-week period with 2 weeks notice. Week-to-week clients can pause for up to 4 weeks with 2 weeks notice.
