Hi, I'm Brittany — but everyone calls me Britt.

I founded Actively You in 2017 after spending years working in traditional gym environments and witnessing something that bothered me deeply — how many women felt intimidated, judged, or simply lost when it came to their fitness.

I've been there myself. After navigating my own journey through chronic illness, restrictive dieting, and the exhausting cycle of starting and stopping, I realised that the problem wasn't willpower or discipline. It was that the fitness industry wasn't designed for real life.

So I built something different. Mobile personal training that comes to you — your home, backyard or local park. No gym anxiety, no packed floors, no commute. Just real, progressive sessions tailored to where you're at right now.

I specialise in women who want to feel stronger and more confident, who are fed up with extreme programs, and who want exercise to finally fit into their life — not take it over.

When I'm not training clients across Brisbane's inner suburbs, you'll find me out walking my dogs Hugo and Primrose — they're the real directors of Actively You.
