Sessions & Logistics

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are mobile — Britt comes to you. You can train at your home, backyard, local park, or any outdoor space you feel comfortable in. No gym membership required.

If you're in an apartment without outdoor space, just let Britt know — she's experienced at designing effective sessions for smaller indoor areas too.

What equipment do I need to provide?

None at all. Britt brings all equipment to every session — including dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, boxing mitts and more. Just wear comfortable clothes and have water ready.

How long are sessions?

All sessions are 45 minutes, which includes warm-up and cool-down. Britt believes in focused, purposeful training — not exhausting two-hour workouts that leave you dreading the next one.

What happens in my very first session?

Your first session is designed to be low-pressure. It includes:

  • A short health and lifestyle screening
  • A conversation about your goals, availability and any injuries or limitations
  • A workout assessment so Britt can gauge your current fitness level

After that, Britt designs a program specifically for you — so every session from day one is tailored.

What areas do you service?

Actively You operates across Brisbane's inner south and east, including:

Are sessions available on weekends or early mornings?

Yes. Britt offers sessions across a range of days and times to suit your schedule. Sessions before 7:00am or after 6:30pm incur a small $10/session surcharge. Contact Britt to discuss what works for you.

Training & Programs

I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Absolutely — this is one of Britt's specialties. Actively You is built around making exercise accessible for women who are new to fitness, returning after a long break, or who've found gyms intimidating in the past.

There's zero expectation of existing fitness. Britt starts where you are, not where she thinks you should be.

What types of training do you offer?

Sessions can include strength training, boxing circuits, HIIT, functional movement, and flexibility work — depending on your goals and what you enjoy. Programs are fully tailored; you won't get the same cookie-cutter workout every week.

Do you offer duo or partner training?

Yes. You can train with a friend, partner, sister — whoever you like. Duo sessions let two people split the cost while still getting a personalised workout. It's a great way to stay accountable and make training more social.

Do you provide nutrition advice?

Yes — nutrition guidance is included with all packages. Britt takes a realistic, non-restrictive approach to nutrition that complements your training. She doesn't prescribe rigid meal plans, but helps you build practical, sustainable habits.

I have an injury or health condition. Can I still train?

In most cases, yes. Please mention any injuries, health conditions or physical limitations when you get in touch. Britt will discuss what's appropriate and, if needed, work alongside your physio or GP to ensure training is safe and beneficial for you.

Pricing & Packages

What's the difference between the 3-month package and week-to-week?

The 3-Month Package is a commitment to real, lasting results. You get a reduced per-session rate, a structured 12-week progressive program, and Britt is fully invested in your transformation over the full period.

Week-to-Week offers maximum flexibility — no lock-in, pay per session. It's ideal if your schedule varies or you'd like to try before committing longer-term.

How do I pay?

What is your cancellation policy?

Britt asks for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule — please reach out as early as possible. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed when you book your first session.
