Complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire and get set up on our coaching platform. Your first program is delivered within 48 hours.
Follow your program, check in weekly, submit technique videos, and watch your results build. Your coach is actively monitoring and adjusting.

For self-motivated clients who engage with weekly check-ins and technique feedback, outcomes are very comparable to in-person training. The biggest difference is the real-time correction of movement in the moment — which is why we use video submissions to bridge that gap. Many clients actually prefer the flexibility and achieve excellent results.
We design your program around whatever equipment you have access to — a full commercial gym, a home gym with limited equipment, or just bodyweight. Let us know your setup during onboarding and we'll build accordingly.
Each week you'll complete a brief check-in form covering your training adherence, how sessions felt, any issues, and progress metrics. We review this and respond with feedback, program adjustments, and notes within 24 hours.
Yes, absolutely. If you're based in Brisbane and want to transition to in-person sessions at any point, we make it seamless — your program history and progress data comes with you.
We recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful, sustainable results. Shorter commitments are possible for those with specific short-term goals, but the real transformation happens with consistent coaching over time.
