Community Training //
Small groups. Expert coaching. Contagious energy. Our group fitness classes give you the accountability of a team and the guidance of a trainer.

The right group training environment pushes you further than you'd go alone. Here's what makes our classes different.
We keep our groups intentionally small so every participant gets genuine attention and coaching during every session.
Every class is led by a qualified personal trainer — not a rotation of casual instructors. You get consistency and quality coaching.
Our classes aren't random workouts. They're periodised programs designed to progressively improve your fitness over time.
When people are counting on you to show up, you do. The community element keeps you consistent when motivation dips.
Get the quality of personal training at a fraction of the price. Group classes make expert fitness coaching accessible to more people.
Training with others makes the session go faster and feel better. Our members consistently say this is the highlight of their week.
Class Formats //
High-intensity interval training sessions designed to torch calories, build endurance, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Best for those wanting efficient, effective workouts.
Progressive lifting sessions focused on building functional strength. We use barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight to develop real-world strength you'll notice in everyday life.
Full-body circuit workouts that combine strength, cardio, and core work in one session. Perfect for members who want variety and a complete training stimulus.
Dedicated mobility and movement sessions to complement your training. Improve flexibility, reduce injury risk, and help your body perform at its best.
Common Questions //
No experience required. Our trainers scale every exercise to your current ability level. Beginners train alongside more experienced members without any difficulty — the coaching ensures everyone is working appropriately for their level.
We deliberately keep our groups small — typically 6 to 12 participants maximum. This ensures you get genuine coaching and attention during every session, unlike the anonymous experience of a large gym class.
For best results, we recommend 3–4 sessions per week. However, even 2 sessions per week will produce meaningful improvements when you're consistent. We can help you build a schedule that works with your lifestyle.
Absolutely — many of our members do exactly this. Group classes are great for conditioning and community, while personal training sessions allow for more individualised focus on technique, specific goals, or areas needing extra attention.
Arrive a few minutes early. Your trainer will introduce you to the format, show you any modifications for the exercises, and pair you with a buddy if it's your first time. The group is welcoming — everyone was new once. Expect to work hard and feel great afterwards.
We work with many members who have pre-existing injuries or physical limitations. All exercises can be modified. We ask that you inform your trainer before class of any issues so we can provide appropriate alternatives.
The easiest way is to contact us through our website. We'll have a brief conversation about your goals and schedule your first session. The first class is a great way to experience the format before committing to a package.
Your first class is the hardest one to book. After that, you'll wonder why you waited so long.
