Why Group Training Works //

More Than a Workout

The right group training environment pushes you further than you'd go alone. Here's what makes our classes different.

👥

Small Group Sizes

We keep our groups intentionally small so every participant gets genuine attention and coaching during every session.

🏋️

Trainer-Led Every Time

Every class is led by a qualified personal trainer — not a rotation of casual instructors. You get consistency and quality coaching.

Results-Focused Programming

Our classes aren't random workouts. They're periodised programs designed to progressively improve your fitness over time.

🤝

Built-In Accountability

When people are counting on you to show up, you do. The community element keeps you consistent when motivation dips.

💰

More Affordable Than 1:1

Get the quality of personal training at a fraction of the price. Group classes make expert fitness coaching accessible to more people.

😄

Actually Enjoyable

Training with others makes the session go faster and feel better. Our members consistently say this is the highlight of their week.

Common Questions //

Group Fitness FAQs

Do I need any experience to join group classes?

No experience required. Our trainers scale every exercise to your current ability level. Beginners train alongside more experienced members without any difficulty — the coaching ensures everyone is working appropriately for their level.

How large are the group classes?

We deliberately keep our groups small — typically 6 to 12 participants maximum. This ensures you get genuine coaching and attention during every session, unlike the anonymous experience of a large gym class.

How often should I attend group classes?

For best results, we recommend 3–4 sessions per week. However, even 2 sessions per week will produce meaningful improvements when you're consistent. We can help you build a schedule that works with your lifestyle.

Can I combine group classes with personal training?

Absolutely — many of our members do exactly this. Group classes are great for conditioning and community, while personal training sessions allow for more individualised focus on technique, specific goals, or areas needing extra attention.

What should I expect from my first class?

Arrive a few minutes early. Your trainer will introduce you to the format, show you any modifications for the exercises, and pair you with a buddy if it's your first time. The group is welcoming — everyone was new once. Expect to work hard and feel great afterwards.

Are classes suitable for people with injuries?

We work with many members who have pre-existing injuries or physical limitations. All exercises can be modified. We ask that you inform your trainer before class of any issues so we can provide appropriate alternatives.

How do I get started with group classes?

The easiest way is to contact us through our website. We'll have a brief conversation about your goals and schedule your first session. The first class is a great way to experience the format before committing to a package.
