ShedFit is not a gym. It is a small family-owned and operated personal training studio where clients are coached through the journey instead of being left to train alone.

The studio caters to individuals, couples and small groups wanting a private, professionally equipped space to work out with the support and guidance of a fully qualified personal trainer.

Cert III and IV Fitness. Accredited Punchfit Boxing instructor.

John moved from a working career in fencing and landscaping into personal training after years of training with friends in his gym. He focuses on education, motivation and helping clients understand how their bodies work.

Debbie believes personal training should help people become the person they want to be, whatever that looks like. Her focus is practical support, confidence, health and sustainable lifestyle change.
