Reliable Bond Cleaning offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our bond and end of lease cleaning services. If your real estate agent or landlord does not pass the final inspection for the property we have serviced, we will return to rectify the issue free of charge, subject to the conditions below.

Guarantee conditions

We must be notified of any defects with the clean as soon as possible so that we can comment, inspect and return in a timely manner.
Notification must be made in writing, by email, outlining in detail the items that need to be rectified.
Defects must be reported within the three-day allowance following the clean.
Please allow up to 48 hours for our cleaners to re-attend the property.
The guarantee covers the items included in the agreed scope of the clean.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information you provide about the property, including its size, type and condition. If the property differs significantly from the details provided, the quote may need to be adjusted. Bookings are confirmed once a date and scope are agreed.

Access to the property

You are responsible for arranging access to the property at the agreed time, whether by being present, providing a key, or arranging another entry method. For end of lease, bond and move out cleans, the property should be empty of furniture and belongings so every area can be cleaned.

Scope of work

The clean covers the areas and items agreed at the time of booking. Additional services such as carpet steam cleaning, pest control and pressure cleaning are quoted and charged separately unless included in your agreed scope.

We take care in carrying out our work. Where an issue arises, please contact us promptly so we can discuss and resolve it. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
