Do you cover my suburb?
We clean across Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs, from Coorparoo and the inner south through the CBD, South and North Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redcliffe and out toward the Gold Coast. If you are not sure whether we reach you, just call and we will let you know.
What are your hours?
Our team works Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed Sundays. Bookings outside these hours can sometimes be arranged for moving days, so ask when you get your quote.
How do I get a quote?
You can request a free quote by calling us or filling in the quote form on this site with your property details. We will give you a clear, upfront price based on the size and condition of the property, with no obligation to book.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Our bond and end of lease cleans are backed by a written satisfaction guarantee. If your agent or landlord is not satisfied at the final inspection, report it to us in writing within the agreed window and we return to rectify the flagged items free of charge.
Bond Cleaning
How does bond cleaning pricing work in Brisbane?
Bond cleaning is quoted on the size and condition of the property rather than a flat rate. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether carpets need steam cleaning, and the overall state of the home all affect the quote. We give you a clear, upfront price before any work starts so there are no surprises on the day, and you can request a free quote by phone or through our online form.
Do you offer a bond back guarantee?
Yes. Our bond cleans come with a written satisfaction guarantee. If your real estate agent or landlord is not satisfied with the clean at the final inspection, let us know in writing within the agreed reporting window and our team returns to rectify the issue free of charge. We ask for the inspection report so we can target exactly what needs attention.
How long does a bond clean take?
Most bond cleans take between three and eight hours depending on the size of the property and how much build-up there is. A one or two bedroom unit is usually a single-day job, while larger homes with extras like carpet steam cleaning may need a longer day or an early start. We confirm an estimated timeframe when we quote so you can plan your handover.
Do I need to be home during the bond clean?
No. Many clients arrange to be elsewhere on moving day and simply leave us access. We just ask that you organise a key, lockbox or arranged entry beforehand, and that the property is empty of furniture and belongings so we can reach every surface on the checklist.
Do you bring your own cleaning equipment and products?
Yes. For a one-off clean such as a bond or move-out clean we bring all the specialised equipment and products needed as part of the service, including what is required for ovens, showers and floors. You do not need to supply anything.
End of Lease Cleaning
What is included in an end of lease clean?
An end of lease clean is a top-to-bottom detailed clean of the whole property against landlord and real-estate inspection standards. It covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, including ovens, rangehoods, cupboards inside and out, showers, skirting boards, internal windows and floors. Optional extras such as carpet steam cleaning and pest control can be added if your lease requires them.
How is end of lease cleaning priced?
Pricing depends on the size and condition of the property and which extras you need. We assess bedrooms, bathrooms, carpeted areas and overall condition, then give you a fixed quote before the job. Requesting a quote is free and you are under no obligation to book.
How far in advance should I book an end of lease clean?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your handover date, ideally a week or more ahead, so you can secure the day that suits your move. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice and same-day requests subject to availability, so it is always worth calling to check.
Will the property pass inspection after your clean?
We clean to a real-estate-standard checklist designed to meet inspection requirements, and our work is backed by a written satisfaction guarantee. If your agent is not satisfied, report it to us in writing within the agreed window and we return to fix the flagged items free of charge.
Do you clean carpets as part of the service?
Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on to your end of lease clean. Many leases require professional carpet cleaning at the end of a tenancy, so let us know when you book and we will include it in your quote and schedule it together with the rest of the clean.
Move Out Cleaning
What is the difference between move out cleaning and a regular clean?
A move out clean is far more detailed than a regular tidy. It is a full property clean carried out to inspection standard, reaching inside ovens and cupboards, descaling showers, wiping skirting boards and cleaning internal windows. The goal is to leave the property ready for handover, inspection or sale rather than simply day-to-day clean.
How much does move out cleaning cost?
The cost depends on the size and condition of the property and any extras such as carpet cleaning. We look at the number of rooms and the overall state of the home, then provide a clear fixed quote up front. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to proceed.
Do you clean houses, units and apartments?
Yes. We clean rental homes, units, townhouses and apartments of all sizes for move out cleaning. When you request a quote, let us know the property type and number of bedrooms and bathrooms so we can scope the job accurately.
How quickly can you do a move out clean?
Timeframes depend on availability and the size of the property. We always recommend booking ahead of your moving date, but we can often help with shorter notice and same-day requests, so call us and we will do our best to fit you in.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
No. You are welcome to leave us access and get on with your move. Arrange a key or entry method with us beforehand, and make sure the property is cleared of furniture so we can clean every area thoroughly.
Exit Cleaning
What does an exit clean involve?
An exit clean is a complete interior and, where needed, exterior clean carried out to the requirements of your lease agreement. It covers bedrooms and living areas, the kitchen including appliances and cupboards, bathrooms and laundry, plus exterior items like garage areas and external windows where required. The team inspects the property first to decide whether touch-ups or deep cleaning are needed.
How is exit cleaning quoted?
Exit cleaning is quoted on the size and condition of the property and any extras you need. We assess the home, factor in carpets and the level of build-up, then give you a fixed price before starting. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation.
What is the difference between exit cleaning and bond cleaning?
The terms are often used to mean the same thing. Exit cleaning, bond cleaning and end of lease cleaning all describe a detailed clean done when a tenancy ends so the property meets inspection standards. Whichever term your agent uses, we clean to the same real-estate-standard checklist.
Do you handle stubborn stains and heavy build-up?
Yes. If the property needs more than a touch-up, our team uses specialised methods and equipment to tackle stubborn stains, grease and built-up grime. We will note this when we inspect and quote the property so the price reflects the work involved.
Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. For a one-off exit clean we provide all the specialised equipment and products as part of the service. You do not need to leave anything behind for the team.
Carpet Cleaning
How does carpet cleaning pricing work?
Carpet cleaning is usually priced on the number of rooms or areas to be cleaned and the condition of the carpet. Stairs, hallways and heavily soiled rooms can affect the quote. We confirm a clear price before we start, and carpet cleaning can be bundled with a bond or end of lease clean for convenience.
Do you use steam cleaning?
Yes. We use steam (hot water extraction) carpet cleaning, which lifts dirt, stains and odours from deep in the carpet pile and helps restore the look of the carpet ahead of a final inspection. It is the method most real estate agents expect to see at the end of a tenancy.
Is carpet cleaning required for my bond?
Many tenancy agreements require professional carpet cleaning at the end of a lease, particularly if pets were kept at the property. Check your lease or ask your agent. If it is required, we can include carpet steam cleaning as part of your bond or end of lease clean.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Drying time depends on the weather, airflow and how thick the carpet is, but carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry within around half a day. Good ventilation speeds this up, so we suggest opening windows or running fans after the clean where possible.
Can you remove old or stubborn stains?
Steam cleaning removes a wide range of dirt, stains and odours, and we will always do our best on older or stubborn marks. Some deep-set or permanent stains may not lift completely, and we will let you know honestly what to expect when we assess the carpet.
Pest Control
Why is pest control sometimes needed at the end of a lease?
Many tenancy agreements require an end-of-lease flea or pest treatment if pets have been kept at the property. A treatment helps satisfy this clause and leaves the property ready for the next tenant. Check your lease or ask your agent whether it applies to you.
How is end of lease pest control priced?
Pest treatments are quoted on the size of the property and the type of treatment required, such as a flea treatment. We give you a clear price before the work and can schedule the treatment alongside your bond or exit clean so everything is handled in one booking.
Can pest control be done with my bond clean?
Yes. We can arrange an end-of-lease pest treatment together with your bond, exit or move out clean so the property is cleaned and treated in one coordinated visit. Let us know when you request your quote and we will include it.
Do I need to do anything before a pest treatment?
Preparation is straightforward. The property should be empty of furniture and belongings for an end-of-lease treatment, and we will let you know if there is anything specific to do before we arrive. We will also advise how long to keep the property ventilated or vacant afterwards.
Does a pest treatment come with paperwork for my agent?
Real estate agents usually want evidence that an end-of-lease treatment was carried out. Let us know you need it and we will make sure you have what you need to show your agent or landlord that the treatment was completed.
High Pressure Cleaning
What can be cleaned with high pressure cleaning?
High pressure cleaning is ideal for hard outdoor surfaces such as driveways, paths, patios, courtyards, balconies and garage floors. It lifts built-up dirt, grime, mould and stains that normal cleaning cannot shift, and it is a useful finishing touch when you are preparing a property for a final inspection.
How is pressure cleaning priced?
Pressure cleaning is quoted on the size of the area and how heavily soiled it is. A small balcony is very different from a large driveway, so we assess the surfaces, confirm a clear price before starting, and can combine it with your bond or exit clean.
Should I add pressure cleaning to my bond clean?
If your property has a driveway, patio, balcony or garage that has built up grime, pressure cleaning helps the outside of the property match the standard of the inside at inspection. We can include it as an extra when we quote your bond or exit clean.
Will pressure cleaning damage my surfaces?
Used correctly, high pressure cleaning is safe for hard surfaces like concrete, pavers and tiles. We adjust the technique and pressure to suit the surface so it is cleaned effectively without causing damage. If a surface is delicate, we will let you know before we start.
How long does pressure cleaning take?
Most residential pressure cleaning jobs are completed within a few hours, depending on the size and condition of the area. We will give you an estimated timeframe when we quote so you can plan around it.
