Our bond cleaning checklist
Every bond and end of lease clean works through this real-estate-standard checklist, so the things an inspector looks for are never missed.
General & Bedrooms
- Cupboard doors, drawers and shelves cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned
- Power points and light switches cleaned
- Wardrobe doors, tracks and shelves cleaned
- Ceiling fans cleaned
- Light fittings wiped
- Cobwebs removed internally
- Air conditioner filters and outside cleaned
- Skirting boards and cornices dusted and wiped
- Timber, tiled and vinyl floors vacuumed and mopped
- Carpet floors vacuumed
- Windows cleaned inside, including sliding door tracks and sills
- Walls spot cleaned and wiped with a damp cloth
- Balcony / deck floor vacuumed and mopped, railing glass and rails wiped
Kitchen
- Drawers and shelves cleaned
- Cabinets cleaned inside and out
- Cupboards cleaned inside, outside and on top
- Bench tops cleaned
- Dishwasher cleaned inside and outside
- Light fittings dusted and wiped
- Splashbacks cleaned
- Sinks and taps cleaned
- Oven cleaned
- Rangehood and filter degreased and cleaned
- Walls and doors cleaned
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms & Toilets
- Mirrors cleaned and polished
- Mould treated and cleaned
- Bath cleaned, rinsed and left shining
- Basin and vanity cleaned
- Toilets scrubbed including base and behind
- Shower scrubbed, fittings and glass cleaned
- Tiles and fittings cleaned
- Ceiling and exhaust fan cleaned
- Light switches cleaned
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Laundry
- Windows and tracks cleaned internally
- Walls spot cleaned and wiped
- Light fittings cleaned
- Power points and light switches wiped
- Wash tub and cupboards cleaned, soap and lint removed
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Balcony, Deck & Garage
- Cobwebs removed
- Balcony and deck swept and mopped
- Garage cobwebs removed and floor swept
Blinds and curtains are not included as standard. Let us know if your lease requires extras such as carpet steam cleaning or pest control and we will include them in your quote.
