/ What we're looking for
To join the team you'll need a current Queensland electrical licence (or NSW equivalent), a clean driver's licence, and the personal habits that make us who we are: arrive when you said, treat the customer's home or site like it's your own, and leave the place at least as clean as you found it.
We hire for the long term. Our newest field staff have been with us five years and counting; the supervisors longer than that. If you're starting out, we run a structured apprenticeship; if you're experienced, we'll give you projects worth your time.
