Privacy Policy
Mondo Entertainment Pty Ltd ("Mondo", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the venues, clients and artists we work with.
What we collect
When you submit a booking brief or contact form, we collect the information you give us (name, contact details, company, event date, venue, budget, brief). When you visit our website, we collect anonymised analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, source of visit, device type).
How we use it
We use your contact and event details solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver booked services, and process payments. We use website analytics to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the booking experience.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the artists or service providers we're engaging on your behalf (so they know who they're working for), and with payment processors when invoices are issued. We'll comply with any legal request from Australian authorities.

Booking Terms
Quotes
Quotes are free and valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A quote becomes a booking only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Deposit & balance
Most bookings require a deposit (typically 25-50%) to secure the date and the act. The balance is due before the event, with specific payment milestones written into each booking agreement.
Substitution
If a booked act becomes unavailable due to illness, family emergency or travel disruption, we'll provide a comparable replacement at no additional cost. Where a comparable replacement is unavailable, the deposit is refunded in full.
Cancellation
Cancellation by the client incurs a sliding-scale fee detailed in each booking agreement, reflecting how close to the event date the cancellation occurs and how much production has been locked in. Mondo will always try to find a workable alternative before applying cancellation fees.
Insurance
Mondo Entertainment Pty Ltd carries public liability insurance. Each artist on our roster carries their own performance liability cover. Certificates of currency are available on request before any event.
Refund Policy
Where Mondo cancels a confirmed booking (or fails to deliver a contracted service), the client receives a full refund of monies paid. Where the client cancels, refund amounts follow the sliding scale in the booking agreement.
