Can MendMan fix a door that won't close properly?
Yes. Sticking or misaligned doors are a common carpentry job. MendMan diagnoses the cause — whether it's a swollen frame, loose hinges, dropped door, or paint build-up — and adjusts or repairs it to close and latch properly.
Can MendMan install shelving?
Yes. Shelving installation is one of our most common carpentry requests. We install floating shelves, bracket shelves, and built-in shelving systems on plasterboard, brick, and timber-stud walls — always using appropriate fixings for the wall type and intended load.
Do you repair timber rot and damage?
Yes. Timber repairs are a core part of our carpentry service. We assess the damage, remove affected timber, treat the area, and repair or replace with matching or compatible timber. We can also repaint or seal the repaired area to blend in with the surrounding finish.
Can MendMan fix a fence or gate?
Yes. Fence and gate repairs — including loose posts, broken rails, sagging gates, and damaged pickets — are a regular job for MendMan. We assess the damage, source materials if required, and complete the repair to a professional standard.
