Our BOB service involves our team acting as your in-house bookkeeper, processing day-to-day accounting transactions and maintaining your financial records from source document level. This includes accounts payable and receivable processing, bank reconciliations, and regular reporting to management. The scope is tailored to what your business actually needs.

Yes. We can provide bookkeeping independently of your existing accountant, but we are equally comfortable liaising with them to ensure consistency and to make the year-end process as straightforward as possible. We are flexible about how the relationship is structured.

Brad Druitt has particular expertise in accounting software, and we work with MYOB and Xero, among other platforms. We can advise on the most suitable software for your business structure and volume, and assist with set-up or migration where needed.

Pricing depends on the volume and complexity of transactions, the frequency of service, and the software used. We will discuss your requirements before providing a clear quote. We aim to structure engagements that represent genuine value — not a blanket retainer for work you don't actually need.

Payroll processing can be included within the scope of our bookkeeping service. We ensure payroll is compliant with the applicable modern awards, super guarantee obligations, and STP reporting requirements. If your payroll has HR complexity, we may also engage our HR consulting capability to support it.

We treat client record security as a fundamental professional obligation. All records are handled in accordance with our privacy policy, stored securely, and accessed only by authorised team members.
