How we do it
Gary first inspects your tiles and grout — the grout must be stable and not crumbling. A high-quality tile-cleaning detergent is sprayed on, the area is agitated by hand with a grout brush, then a high-pressure cleaning head on the Razorback extraction machine lifts the detergent, dirt and grime away under contained high pressure.
Certain marks such as rust, calcium and lime deposits cannot always be fully removed; Gary will advise what to expect before starting.
If grout is crumbling or missing it must be repaired before cleaning.

How do you clean tile and grout?

Will tile cleaning make a mess with all that water?
No. The high-pressure head works under contained extraction, so the water, detergent and grime are vacuumed away as the machine works rather than being left to spread across the floor.
Can you remove every stain from my grout?
Most everyday dirt and grime lifts out well. Certain marks such as rust, calcium and lime deposits can't always be fully removed — Gary will inspect first and tell you honestly what to expect before starting.
My grout is crumbling — can you still clean it?
The grout needs to be stable before cleaning. If grout is crumbling or missing it must be repaired first; Gary will let you know if that's the case when he inspects the floor.
Can you clean tiled walls as well as floors?
Yes — the same method restores tiled floors and walls, lifting grime from grout lines to freshen up bathrooms, kitchens and living areas.
