Carpet Cleaning

Hot-water extraction carpet cleaning that lifts dirt, stains and detergent in one pass, leaving carpets fresh and rejuvenated.

Our method

How we do it

We use a hot-water extraction method. The area is first sprayed with a high-quality, low-pH detergent to lift tough stains, then the advanced Razorback extraction machine applies warm water and simultaneously vacuums it back out in a back-and-forth motion — effectively washing the carpet and removing dirt, water and detergent together.

Carpets are left slightly damp; we recommend keeping foot traffic to a minimum until fully dry.
Gary provides surgical boot covers if you must walk on freshly cleaned carpet.
Drying time varies with carpet type and weather: in warm weather, nylon 4–5 hours and wool 3–4 hours; add about an hour in cooler weather. Cross-flow ventilation, ceiling fans and air-conditioning on the drying cycle all speed it up.

Carpet Cleaning questions

How does your carpet cleaning method work?
We use hot-water extraction. The carpet is first sprayed with a high-quality, low-pH detergent to lift tough stains, then our Razorback extraction machine applies warm water and vacuums it straight back out in a back-and-forth motion — washing the carpet and removing dirt, water and detergent together in one pass.
Will my carpets be soaking wet afterwards?
No. Because the machine vacuums the water back out as it cleans, carpets are left only slightly damp rather than saturated. We just ask that you keep foot traffic to a minimum until they are completely dry.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
Drying time varies with carpet type and weather. As a general rule, in warm weather nylon carpets take 4–5 hours and wool carpets 3–4 hours; add about an hour in cooler weather. Cross-flow ventilation, ceiling fans and air-conditioning on the drying cycle all speed it up.
Can I walk on the carpet straight after cleaning?
It's best to wait until the carpet is dry. If you must walk on it, Gary provides surgical boot covers so you can move through the room without re-soiling the freshly cleaned fibres.
Do you move furniture?
Gary will talk through the job with you before starting. Smaller items can usually be moved; we'll let you know what to clear beforehand so the clean is as thorough as possible.
Which areas do you clean carpets in?
We're based in Albany Creek and clean carpets right across Brisbane's northern suburbs and greater Brisbane. Get in touch for a free estimate and we'll confirm we cover your suburb.
