High-intensity interval training that builds cardiovascular fitness, burns energy and gives you a serious endorphin hit — all in 45 minutes. Short bursts of effort with active recovery, scaled to your current fitness level.

Do I need prior fitness experience for HIIT?

Not at all. Our HIIT classes are designed for all levels, and instructors offer modifications so every participant can work at their own pace.

How often should I do HIIT per week?

We recommend 2–3 HIIT sessions per week, balanced with lower-intensity classes like Stretch & Release or Vinyasa Yoga for best results.

What should I bring to a HIIT class?

Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and supportive cross-training shoes. All equipment is provided in our fully equipped studio.

Will HIIT help me lose weight?

HIIT is one of the most effective training styles for improving cardiovascular fitness and body composition — especially combined with consistent attendance and a balanced lifestyle.

K-Circuit is Kendall Fitness's signature class that cycles you through a series of stations combining resistance, cardio and core exercises for a full-body workout.

Is K-Circuit suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Each station can be scaled up or down, making K-Circuit a great entry point for women new to structured training.

What results can I expect?

Regular attendees report improved strength, better endurance and higher energy levels — typically within 4–6 weeks of consistent training.

Do I need to book in advance?

Will strength training make me bulky?

No. Strength training builds lean muscle, improves metabolism and enhances everyday function. The 'bulky' fear is a common myth — our members consistently achieve a toned, strong physique.

What equipment do you use?

Our studio is equipped with Verve Strength Racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and functional training tools for a complete strength training environment.

How many sessions per week to see gains?

Two to three sessions per week is the sweet spot for most members when combined with adequate recovery between sessions.

Can I train with an existing injury?

Speak to your physiotherapist first, then let our instructors know — we can modify movements to accommodate most common injuries safely.

Vinyasa Yoga & Stretch

Two classes designed to restore your body and calm your mind. Vinyasa Yoga Flow links breath with movement for a dynamic practice that builds strength and flexibility. Stretch & Release is a slower, restorative class to lengthen muscles and release tension.

Do I need yoga experience?

No prior experience is needed. Our instructor guides every pose and offers alternatives so beginners can participate safely from the very first class.

What's the difference between Vinyasa and Stretch & Release?

Vinyasa is a dynamic, flowing practice that builds strength and flexibility. Stretch & Release is slower and restorative, focused on releasing tension and improving mobility.

How does yoga help my other training?

Yoga improves flexibility, balance and body awareness — qualities that directly enhance your HIIT, K-Circuit and strength performance while reducing injury risk.
