Fitlosophy is an owner-led clinic. When you book a physio appointment, a Pilates session, or a Specialised Exercise programme, you're working directly with Matt Jenner — twenty-plus years on the tools, one philosophy: move better, feel better.
Matt has been practising since 2004 and is one of Brisbane's most trusted physiotherapy practitioners. He completed a Masters of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Griffith University, and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and the Sports Physiotherapy and Musculoskeletal Group of Australia.
With a strong background in exercise prescription and the treatment of sports injuries, Matt has worked with various elite and sub-elite athletes and sporting teams. He's equally at ease treating any individual in pain — from corporate workers managing "tech neck" through to new mothers rebuilding their core strength and fitness.
"There is no undo in real life. We have to learn to reset and move forward — especially when it comes to our health and what our bodies can do."
That philosophy shaped Fitlosophy. The clinic exists because Matt wanted to combine the three modalities that actually move the needle for most people — physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and Specialised Exercise — under one roof, with one therapist who knows the whole picture, not three different professionals piecing it together.
The result is a small, deliberately personal practice in Windsor. Patients are treated as individuals, plans are written for them specifically, and the through-line from acute injury to long-term strength is something you build with Matt, not something handed to you in a folder.
