About the Program

Mini Fitletics

Mini Fitletics is specifically designed for pre-school children aged 3–5 and focuses on the development of fundamental movement skills. Children enjoy learning the fundamental skills of run, jump and throw using modified and colourful equipment specially designed for small hands.

Research shows that although pre-school children appear to move around a lot, most are not developing fundamental movement skills without structured guidance. Fitletica fills this crucial gap in a fun, welcoming environment.

The program is aligned with the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework — so the outcomes are real and measurable.
